Commercial Painting Project Manager

ACE Construction Services is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial Painting team.

What You’ll Do
>Manage commercial painting projects from start to finish
>Plan and coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors
>Monitor project costs, production, and overall performance
>Review plans, specifications, addendums, and project documents
>Manage change orders and additional work documentation
>Work closely with Superintendents and field teams
>Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, vendors, and employees
>Identify and solve project issues before they impact schedule or budget
>Ensure projects meet ACE safety and quality standards
>Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
What We’re Looking For
>Minimum 1 year of construction project management experience
>Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
>Experience reading construction plans and specifications
>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
>Ability to lead and work collaboratively with field teams
>Commercial painting or Division 9 experience is a plus
Compensation

$70,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus opportunity.

When an assignment ends, and as needs dictate, employees may be offered another assignment on a different project.
